         Con la realización del objeto contractual, el órgano de contratación pretende cubrir las siguientes necesidades y/o funcionalidades:

         1) Conceptualización de una plataforma extremo-a-extremo, que integre capacidades de teleportación y comunicaciones holográficas multiusuarios, con herramientas y funcionalidades de interacción y producción virtual.

         2) Integración efectiva de los habilitadores tecnológicos XR aportados por el proyecto en una plataforma de VR con funcionalidades avanzadas de producción virtual e interacción.

         3) Producción de escenarios VR/ Metaverso multiusuario de alta calidad y relevantes (ej. sector educación, cultura, comunicación, entretenimiento, etc.) que permitan maximizar y demostrar los beneficios aportados por las contribuciones del proyecto y de la plataforma de producción virtual aportada.

         4) Despliegue de la plataforma integrada, con sus componentes software y hardware, y demostradores asociados, en el testbed de i2CAT.

         5) Desarrollo y entrega de un prototipo hardware y software del sistema completo, y soporte para su integración en la plataforma completa del proyecto a ser desplegada en el testbed de i2CAT.

         6) Ejecución de al menos 2 acciones piloto, incluyendo evaluaciones de rendimiento, evaluaciones de experiencia de usuario y demostradores a agentes interesados.

         7) Co-liderazgo, junto a i2CAT, de actividades de validación, evaluación y demostración en el marco de las acciones piloto a ser ejecutadas en el proyecto.

         8) Soporte a actividades de comunicación y diseminación planificadas en el marco del proyecto.
