         a) Archivo: incluirá las labores de ordenación, recogida y tratamiento informatizado de dichos fondos, de forma que se permita su posterio

         El objeto del contrato comprende las siguientes prestaciones:

         a) Archivo: incluirá las labores de ordenación, recogida y tratamiento informatizado de dichos fondos, de forma que se permita su posterior custodia y gestión.

         b) Custodia: incluirá las labores de tenencia en depósito de dichos fondos en las instalaciones aportadas por el adjudicatario, en condiciones adecuadas para una buena conservación, gestión, seguridad y confidencialidad de los expedientes judiciales.

         c) Gestión: incluirá:

         - La gestión de las consultas evacuadas por los órganos jurisdiccionales sobre los fondos custodiados (que incluirá la localización de la caja en la que se ubica el expediente, transporte de ida y vuelta al órgano judicial peticionario y su reinserción en el lugar correspondiente).

         - La extracción de fondos documentales para su destrucción o transferencia al Archivo Histórico, previo acuerdo adoptado por la Junta de Expurgo de Documentos Judiciales del Principado de Asturias (BOPA 7/11/2013). También incluirá la extracción de todos los fondos documentales a la finalización del contrato y su entrega, bien a la Administración del Principado de Asturias, bien a la nueva empresa que pudiera resultar adjudicataria en la siguiente licitación.
