• La elaboración de las Comidas que se prestan en el Centro de Día (desayuno-sobredesayuno, comida y merienda), que se efectuará mayoritariamente mediante el sistema de “línea fría” en cocinas centrales; el transporte de la comida elaborada en condiciones higiénico-sanitarias adecuadas desde las cocinas centrales a cada uno de los centros de día; el almacenamiento y conservación de los alimentos elaborados, así como la regeneración adecuada de los mismos y la posterior distribución en comedores y su servicio a los comensales.

• La atención en comedores de los usuarios del Centro de Día (realizar el servicio de montaje de meja con el menaje pertinente, servicio de los distintos platos a cada uno de los usuarios, recogida del servicio utilizado y limpieza del comedor/sala utilizada).

• Labores auxiliares de cocina y de office (recepción de mercancías, o alimentos elaborados, regeneración de alimentos, control de almacenaje del mismo, almacenaje de vajilla y lavado de la misma)
