Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

El suministro y servicio de reposición de productos menstruales no está incluido entre los productos higiénicos para distribuir mediante el presente contrato ni corresponde a ninguna prestación de los contratos subscritos actualmente por el Parlamento. Además, el acuerdo adoptado por la Mesa del Parlamento, supone el compromiso de un suministro continuado e indefinido. Nos encontramos ante unas circunstancias que el poder adjudicador no podía preveer.
