Incremento para la realización de un mayor número de servicios de mantenimiento preventivo de los inicialmente estimados en el contrato, por incorporación de nuevos vehículos de la flota de EMT. La modificación está amparada en el apartado S del Anexo I del Pliego de Condiciones Generales y de la Cláusula Novena del contrato, donde se contempla la modificación del contrato hasta un máximo del 20% del importe de adjudicación.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Incremento para la realización de un mayor número de servicios de mantenimiento preventivo de los inicialmente estimados en el contrato, por incorporación de nuevos vehículos de la flota de EMT. La modificación está amparada en el apartado S del Anexo I del Pliego de Condiciones Generales y de la Cláusula Novena del contrato, donde se contempla la modificación del contrato hasta un máximo del 20% del importe de adjudicación.
