La Fundación el Hospital de la Santa Cruz y Santo Pablo, necesita proveerse de un servicio de conservación, mantenimiento y reparación de la obra civil para el conjunto de pabellones y urbanización del Recinto de Santo Pablo, atendido este servicio no puede prestarlo con medios propios, por lo cual requiere de una empresa externa que gestione el mismo de acuerdo con las directrices técnicas marcadas por la FP.

Debido a la proximidad del vencimiento del periodo inicial del contrato que fenece al 27 de diciembre de 2023, la “Dirección de Ingeniería y Obras”, ha proponer esta primera prórroga anual, que implicó prorrogar el contrato hasta el día 27 de diciembre de 2024, así como la modificación al alza de los servicios extraordinarios por valor de 40.000.-€, raíz del crecimiento lineal y constando de visitas como de actos notablemente diferentes a cuando se realizó el contrato del servicio de mantenimiento y de un aumento de los número de usuarios externos que han ido incrementándose a lo largo de este ejercicio 2023.

Modificaciones previstas en el pliego, concretamente en la cláusula 28 en aplicación de los dispuesto en el artículo 204 de la LCSP "Modificaciones previstas". El alcance máximo del actúa modificado para el ejercicio 2024 será por valor de 40.000.-€

Las principales causas que están reconocidas en la cláusula 28 del PCP, son:- Incremento del alcance del servicio de mantenimiento, definido en el Pliego según el criterio de la Fundación Privada, por la inclusión de pabellones/edificios actualmente no incluidos y/o por el mantenimiento de actuaciones no incluidas en este pliego.- Incremento en el alcance del servicio debido a una mayor actividad, ya sea acontecimientos y/o actas, realizadas dentro del Recinto y que requieran tareas no previstas al Pliego.
