         - certificate from the Legal Entities Penalty Registry that it is not being imposed a side sanction – prohibition to participate in public procurements, contract award procedures and public-private partnership award procedures,

         - certificate from the Legal Entities Penalty Registry that it was not imposed a side sanction - temporary or permanent ban on performing a specific activity,

         - certificate that it is not being sanctioned for misdemeanor with an effective court decision, resulting in prohibition for pursuing professional activity or duty, i.e., temporary prohibition for performing professional activity

         • STATEMENT, in which the economic operator confirms what technical personnel and what technical organs, that is, tools and machines it owns, in which their description will be given especially for the equipment and capacity of the economic operator, who is responsible for the quality of the procurement object,

         - in case complex goods or services are procured, or in exceptional cases for special purposes, with inspection of the production facilities, or if necessary also of the study facilities and research, as well as quality control measures, carried out by the contracting authority or on its behalf by a competent authority in the country of establishment: • STATEMENT, with which the economic operator will perform confirmation of the production capacities as well as the quality control measures, with an attachment Catalogue of the production program and production capacity of the manufacturer of the parts;
