         El objeto del contrato es el servicio de mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo de las puntos limpios del Consorcio para la Gestión por la Gestión de los Residuos del Vallès Oriental, en adelante Consorcio.

         El alcance del contrato incluye:

         a) Los mantenimientos correctivos para los puntos limpios de las especialidades siguientes:

         1. Electricidad y alumbrado.

         2. Instalaciones de agua y saneamiento.

         3. Cerrajería, barandillas y cristales.

         4. Cierres.

         5. Cubiertas

         6. Infraestructuras.

         7. Señalización vertical, balizamiento y contención.

         8. Pintura.

         b) El mantenimiento preventivo-legal de la especialidad de electricidad en baja tensión, ya sea con personal habilitado propio o terceros subcontratados.

         Quedan excluidos del contrato los mantenimientos correctivos y preventivos de las instalaciones contra incendios y señalización de emergencia, montacargas, jardinería, control de legionelosis y otros mantenimientos correctivos o preventivos asignados a otras empresas con contrato vigente y aquellos elementos y/o instalaciones que los servicios técnicos crean oportuno excluir por su singularidad como las máquinas compactadoras y los rodillos trituradores.
