      Unos cambios de ubicación en el recinto ferial en el mes de octubre conllevaron un cambio sustancial en la redacción del pliego de prescripciones técnicas y el coste del contrato objeto de licitación, lo que ha supueso un retraso en la tramitación del expediente administrativo de la licitación.

      La tramitación de urgencia del expediente se justifica en el interés público de poder adjudicar a tiempo el contrato referenciado para participar en la feria alimentaria 2024 y la marca Cataluña, y dado que no puede demorarse en el tiempo mediante la tramitación ordinaria del expediente hacen necesario acelerar la adjudicación del contrato, de conformidad con el artículo 119.1º de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público, por la que se trasladan al ordenamiento jurídico español las Directivas del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo 2014/23/UE y 2014/ 24/UE, de 26 de febrero de 2014.
