MODIFICACIÓN 2:

El consejo de administración de fecha 25 de julio 2023 aprobó un incremento presupuestario de un importe líquido total de 564.520,11 € (IGIC excluido), equivalente a un 9,05 % del presupuesto inicial. Incorporados los

precios aprobados en la Modificación n.º 1, la modificación total equivale a un incremento del 11,27 % del precio inicial del contrato, suponiendo ello un importe estimado final del contrato de 6.939.900,39 € (IGIC excluido). igualmenteampliación de plazo de NUEVE MESES y VEINTIÚN DÍAS, que sitúa la fecha para finalización de la obra no suspendida el 29 de diciembre de 2023, el inicio de su Puesta en Marcha el 2 de enero de 2024 y el final de la Puesta en Marcha el 1 de julio de 2024

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

MODIFICACIÓN 2:El consejo de administración de fecha 25 de julio 2023 aprobó un incremento presupuestario de un importe líquido total de 564.520,11 € (IGIC excluido), equivalente a un 9,05 % del presupuesto inicial.
