         El objeto del contrato es la prestación de un servicio de asistencia técnica a la Consejería de Familia, Juventud y Asuntos Sociales, para la realización del proceso de verificación administrativa, la realización de visitas de verificación in situ y la evaluación de riesgos, correspondientes a todas las operaciones cofinanciadas en el marco del Programa Operativo de FSE+ de la Comunidad de Madrid 2021-2027, así como tareas de asesoramiento y apoyo relacionadas con la gestión de operaciones cofinanciadas por los fondos europeos.

         De acuerdo con lo anterior, el presente Pliego tiene por objeto definir los requerimientos técnicos mínimos de las prestaciones que el adjudicatario deberá poner a disposición de la Consejería, a través de los responsables de control y verificación del Fondo Social Europeo Plus del periodo 2021-2027 (FSE+) de la Consejería, para la verificación y apoyo a la gestión de operaciones cofinanciadas por el Programa Operativo del FSE+ de la Comunidad de Madrid.

         Las atribuciones conferidas al contratista no se confundirán ni serán obstáculo a las facultades de control financiero que, en materia de fondos públicos, tiene atribuida la Intervención General de la Comunidad de Madrid.
