Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

La empresa MULTISERVEIS NDAVANT SL interpuso el recurso especial en materia de contratación al Tribunal Catalán de Contratos del Sector Público (TCCSP) (resolución 200/2023 (recurso N-2022-0183), el cual estimó las alegaciones. La Junta de Gobierno Local, en sesión celebrada el 21 de abril de 2023 acordó tomar en consideración la decisión del TCCSP y dejó sin efecto el acuerdo de adjudicación con la empresa Sacyr Facilities SA respecto del contrato del lote 2 y acordó retrotraer las actuaciones al momento de la valoración de las ofertas del sobre 3. El nuevo dictamen de adjudicació, en sesion celebrada en fecha 22 de setiembre de 2023 acordó adjudicar a la empresa MULTISERVEIS NDAVANT SL
