VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

El Consejo de Administración de ACUAES en su reunión celebra el día 25 de mayo de 2023 autorizó la Modificación n.º 1 del contrato de ejecución de las obras del “Proyecto del sistema de saneamiento de Oeste en Tenerife. Bombeos e impulsiones de costa” (ACE/103/20/OBRA/01), de acuerdo con la propuesta presentada que supone:

1º) Una ampliación de plazo de SEIS MESES Y 24 DIAS, que sitúa la fecha de finalización de ejecución de las obras en el 11 de diciembre de 2023.

2º) Un incremento presupuestario de 313.527,55 euros, que representa un 3,75 % sobre el presupuesto de adjudicación, y un presupuesto líquido final estimado de 8.671.194,13 euros, IGIC

excluido.
