Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Como consecuencia de las torrenciales lluvias del pasado 15 de Septiembre de 2023 que han causado un fuerte impacto en el servicio del Data Center del organismo se desencadenaron una serie de cortocircuitos, causando la interrupción de forma abrupta y no controlada en el sistema de alimentación eléctrica del mismo y de los sistemas de comunicaciones. Estas incidencias requerirán de una intervención técnica especializada para garantizar que la recuperación sea efectiva y segura. Esta anticipación nos permitirá abordar de manera inmediata y efectiva cualquier anomalía que pueda surgir, minimizando daños adicionales y evitando retrasos prolongados en la restauración de nuestros servicios.
