Resolución de la primera prórroga prevista, del contrato de "Suministro de energía eléctrica en media y baja tensión en la zona de servicio de la Autoridad Portuaria de A Coruña.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Según lo previsto en el PCAP; se acordó la PRÓRROGA y la continuidad de la prestación del servicio durante SEIS (6) MESES adicionales, hasta el 10 de abril de 2024, en las mismas condiciones que las recogidas en el contrato suscrito el 30 de septiembre de 2022, manifestando el contratista su conformidad el 9 de agosto de 2023.
