Cuarta modificación del contrato de suministro de combustible para abastecimiento de vehículos, herramientas e instalaciones pertenecientes al Consorcio de Extinción de Incendios y Salvamento de la CARM (lote 1: abastecimiento en todo el territorio de la CARM, excepto el municipio de Águilas), ante las necesidades reales.

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification
Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Ante la volatilidad de precios en el combustible a lo largo de los últimos años y lasnecesidades estimadas previstas, resulta necesario una cuarta modificación delcontrato de suministro de combustible para abastecimiento de vehículos,herramientas e instalaciones pertenecientes al Consorcio de Extinción de Incendios ySalvamento de la CARM (lote 1: abastecimiento en todo el territorio de la CARM,excepto el municipio de Águilas), que supone un aumento, para hacer frente al pagode las facturas pendientes, por importe de 25.860,00€, habida cuenta que no se alterala naturaleza global del contrato, importe que junto a los 3 modificados anteriores(2.000 euros + 10.000 euros + 87.500 euros) no supera el 20% del precio inicial delcontrato (640.000 euros), todo ello de conformidad con lo establecido en la cláusula15 del Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares que rige el presentecontrato, en su punto 2
