Les différents titulaires de l"accord-cadre se verront attribuer les bons de commande dans les conditions suivantes : Les bons de commande seront attribués sans négociation ni remise en concurrence, aux établissements, successivement, selon le classement de l"analyse des offres, en fonction de la méthode dite " en cascade "
