Aprobar el expediente CO-23/1131 “PRORROGA DEL PROGRAMA DE SEGUROSDE LA DIPUTACIÓN PROVINCIAL DE JAÉN. Lote 3 Seguro de Responsabilidad General Patrimonial ”, adjudicado a la empresa AXA SEGUROS GENERALES S.A. DESEGUROS Y REASEGUROS con N.I.F. A60917978 en la cantidad de 45.206,70 (exento IVA).

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification
Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

PRIMERO: Aprobar el expediente CO-23/1131 “PRORROGA DEL PROGRAMA DE SEGUROS DE LA DIPUTACIÓN PROVINCIAL DE JAÉN. Lote 3 Seguro de Responsabilidad General Patrimonial ”, adjudicado a la empresa AXA SEGUROS GENERALES S.A. DESEGUROS Y REASEGUROS con N.I.F. A60917978 en la cantidad de 45.206,70 (exento IVA). Aprobar y Comprometer el gasto plurianual por dicho importe de 45.206,70 € (exento de IVA) a favor del adjudicatario, con una duración de doce meses a partir de la finalización del contrato principal, conforme al desglose reflejado más abajo. Adoptar compromiso de financiación para la anualidad 2.024 con cargo a los respectivos presupuestos de la Diputación Provincial de Jaén a efecto de aprobación de la prórroga propuesta, de conformidad con lo previsto en la legislación antedicha:APLICACIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA IMPORTE2023.410.9200.22400 10.548,23€2023. 410.2210.16205 4.520,67 €2024.410.9200.22400 21.096,46 €2024. 410.2210.16205 9.041,34 €TOTAL 45.206,70 €Dicha prórroga será objeto de formalización en documento administrativo
