Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Aprobar el expediente CO-23/1131 “PRORROGA DEL PROGRAMA DE SEGUROS DE LA DIPUTACIÓN PROVINCIAL DE JAÉN. Lote 2: Seguro de vehículos”, adjudicado a la empresa AXA SEGUROS GENERALES S.A. DE SEGUROS Y REASEGUROS con N.I.F. A60917978 en la cantidad de 11.852,36 €, (exento IVA) (11.566,67 € Adjudicación inicial + 285,69 € Modificación).Aprobar y comprometer el gasto plurianual por dicho importe de 11.852,36 € a favordel adjudicatario, con una duración de doce meses a partir de la finalización del contrato principal, conforme aldesglose reflejado más abajo. Adoptar compromiso de financiación para la anualidad 2.024 con cargo a losrespectivos presupuestos de la Diputación Provincial de Jaén a efecto de aprobación de la prórroga propuesta,de conformidad con lo previsto en la legislación antedicha:APLICACIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA IMPORTE2023.410.9200.22400 3.950,79 €2024. 410.9200.22400 7.901,57 €TOTAL 11.852,36 €Dicha prórroga será objeto de formalización en documento administrativo:
