Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Motivada por la necesidad de incrementar el número de rutas a realizar con cargo al contrato referido, con motivo del aumento de la demanda por parte de los centros participantes en el programa, unido a la necesidad de realizar un número mayor de rutas de largo recorrido de las inicialmente previstas, debido a las ubicaciones geográficas de los diferentes equipos, durante los meses de noviembre y diciembre de 2023, de conformidad con lo previsto en la cláusula primera, apartado 22, del Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares.
