Este Rectorado, en el ejercicio de las competencias que le atribuye la Ley Orgánica 2/2023, de 22 de marzo, del Sistema Universitario, el Decreto Legislativo 1/2013 texto refundido de la Ley Andaluza de Universidades, el Estatuto de la Universidad de Sevilla, y la Ley 9/2017 de Contratos del Sector Público por el cual se rige este contrato. Resuelve Primero. - Introducir la modificación en el contrato propuesta por el responsable del proyecto por las razones que se justifican debidamente en el expediente.Segundo. - Aprobar el gasto preventivo de 1.006,04 euros con cargo a la partida: Anualidad: 2023 Preventivo 186067 422 21301 Importe: 1.006,04 eurosTercero. - El resto de las condiciones permanecen inalterables.

Con fecha 25 de enero de 2023, el responsable del proyecto solicita la modificación del contrato en las siguientes condiciones:Necesidad y justificación:Una vez recepcionado el nuevo edificio CIU3A, necesitaríamos incluirlo en el contrato al objeto de realizar el mantenimiento de los centros de transformación de dicho edificio, para dar cumplimiento a la normativa de aplicación vigente.• CIU3A sede 1: Un trafo de 800 kVA a 20 kV• CIU3A sede 2: Un trafo de 630 kVA a 20 kVModificación propuesta:• 2023 Preventivo 186067 422 21301 = 1.006,04 euros
