El Lote 2 tiene como finalidad la puesta en marcha de un servicio de Asistencia de mediadores sociales en las instalaciones de la piscina del Centro Deportivo Municipal Plata y Castañar durante el periodo de apertura de la piscina, en su interior, entrada y taquilla de la misma. La finalidad animar con actividades lúdico-deportivas para los usuarios así como, prevenir y evitar conflictos e incidentes de convivencia, favorecer el uso adecuado de las instalaciones del Centro Deportivo Municipal, evitar su utilización inapropiada y mejorar las relaciones entre personas de diferentes grupos socio-culturales usuarios de las piscinas desde el ámbito de la Mediación Social.

Consideraciones de tipo social. Descripción: Elaboración de informe de impacto de género en relación con la ejecución del contrato, con indicadores y datos desagregados por sexo de las personas beneficiarias o usuarias del contrato, así como de la plantilla que ejecutará el mismo, detallando el contenido de las medidas de igualdad aplicadas

Eliminar desigualdades entre el hombre y la mujer. Descripción: De conformidad con el artículo 122 3 bis LCSP que la empresa adjudicataria garantizará la adopción de medidas dirigidas a la promoción de la igualdad de trato y no discriminación por razón de orientación sexual, identidad sexual, expresión de género y características sexuales

Favorecer la formación en el lugar de trabajo. Descripción: La empresa adjudicataria organizará una acción de formación profesional de duración mínima de 12 horas anuales, en el caso del LOTE 1, que mejoren la ocupación y la adaptabilidad de las personas adscritas a la ejecución del contrato -es decir el equipo de profesionales encargado del desarrollo del proyecto-, así como sus capacidades y su calificación

Sometimiento del contratista a la normativa de protección de datos. Descripción: - La obligación del contratista de someterse a la normativa nacional y de la Unión Europea en materia de protección de datos
