La présente consultation a pour objet une mission de maîtrise d"oeuvre pour la réhabilitation, l"amélioration thermique et la revalorisation des parties communes et des extérieurs du Groupe Jean Moulin (40-52 Avenue Jean Moulin et 8-14 rue Auguste Cain, Paris 14ème).
la mission débutera dans le deuxième trimestre 2024

Analyse des compétences références et moyens présentés dans le cadre A3 lesquelles devront démontrer la capacité du candidat à :
- Réaliser une réhabilitation thermique avec Ite sur un immeuble dans les avec valorisation des façades
- Mener à bien un projet bas carbone-basse consommation, intégrant des matériaux biosourcés en façade et/ou valorisant le réemploi / recyclage
- Intervenir sur un patrimoine existant avec restructuration des espaces communs
- Réaménager et végétaliser des espaces extérieurs complexes.
ces attentes seront également appréciées au vu :
- De la qualité de l"écriture architecturale,
- De la capacité des candidats à traiter des opérations complexes,
- De la capacité des candidats à se saisir de problématiques environnementales et de développement durable,
- Du caractère innovant et créatif des références présentées.

- La pertinence de la réponse au regard des objectifs thermiques et des enjeux de développement durable,
- La compréhension des contraintes du milieu occupé et de la relation avec les habitants et les utilisateurs du site,
- La pertinence de la réponse au regard du montant de l"estimation financière prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux.

Une prime est prévue pour cette consultation.
Elle sera versée à l"ensemble des concurrents ayant remis une offre conforme au règlement de concours et répondant au programme.
Cette indemnité comprend le coût de la perspective et de la maquette.
Le montant de cette prime est fixé à 13 300,00 EUR HT .
Toutefois, le jury se réserve le droit de réduire cette indemnité. Le candidat retenu verra ses honoraires au titre du marché de maîtrise d"oeuvre réduits du montant de cette indemnité
