CO-23/1131 “PRORROGA DEL PROGRAMA DE SEGUROS DE LA DIPUTACIÓN PROVINCIAL DE JAÉN. Lote 5: Seguro de Defensa Jurídica adjudicado a la empresa D.A.S INTERNACIONAL. S.A con C.I.F. A-08055196- total de 7.859,45 euros, al que corresponde por IPS la cuantía de 640,55 euros, totalizándose la oferta en 8.500 euros (exento IVA).

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Aprobar el expediente CO-23/1131 “PRORROGA DEL PROGRAMA DE SEGUROS DE LA DIPUTACIÓN PROVINCIAL DE JAÉN. Lote 5: Seguro de Defensa Jurídica adjudicado a la empresa D.A.S INTERNACIONAL. S.A con C.I.F. A-08055196- total de 7.859,45 euros, al que corresponde por IPS la cuantía de 640,55 euros, totalizándose la oferta en 8.500 euros (exento IVA).Aprobar y comprometer el gasto plurianual por dicho importe de 8.500 euros (exento IVA) a favor del adjudicatario, con una duración de doce meses a partir de la finalización del contrato principal, conforme al desglose reflejado más abajo. Adoptar compromiso de financiación para la anualidad 2.024 con cargo a los respectivos presupuestos de la Diputación Provincial de Jaén a efecto de aprobación de la prórroga propuesta de conformidad con lo previsto en la legislación antedicha:APLICACIÓNPRESUPUESTARIAIMPORTE2023.410.9200.22400 2.833,33€2024.410.9200.22400 5.666,67 €TOTAL 8.500,00 €Dicha prórroga será objeto de formalización en documento administrativo.
