Se solicita ampliación del contrato, por la inclusión de estos nuevos quirófanos 9 y 10, y así poder realizar la instalación de los mismos elementos como son las torretas y las lámparas que en el resto de quirófanos, dado que por circunstancias sobrevenidas y que no eran previsibles resulta necesario adquirir dos unidades adicionales

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Se solicita ampliación del contrato, por la inclusión de estos nuevos quirófanos 9 y 10, y así poder realizar la instalación de los mismos elementos como son las torretas y las lámparas que en el resto de quirófanos, dado que por circunstancias sobrevenidas y que no eran previsibles resulta necesario adquirir dos unidades adicionales. La fecha de efectos de la ampliación serán desde su formalización y hasta el 31 de diciembre del mismo año
