Consideraciones de tipo medioambiental. Descripción: Las comunicaciones con el contratista se elaborarán y remitirán de forma telemática con firma electrónica evitando su impresión en papel, salvo causajustificada, en cuyo caso, la totalidad impreso elaborado por el adjudicatario lo será en papel reciclado libre de cloro (TFC) de forma respetuosa con el medio ambiente

Consideraciones de tipo social. Descripción: La empresa adjudicataria, durante el período de vigencia del contrato garantizará que, al menos el 10 por ciento de las nuevas contrataciones, bajas osustituciones temporales del personal auxiliar de ayuda a domicilio se realizarán a favor de personas que, reuniendo los requisitos de titulación exigidos, provengan de los colectivos indicados en el PCAP

Sometimiento del contratista a la normativa de protección de datos. Descripción: El contratista deberá someterse a la normativa nacional y de la Unión Europea en materia de protección de datos, advirtiéndose además que esta obligación tiene el carácter de obligación contractual esencial de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la letra f) del apartado 1 del artículo 211
