Con este contrato se pretende que cada uno de los arquitectos o equipos de arquitectos presenten un anteproyecto que desarrolle el programa de necesidades establecido en este pliego.De entre todas las propuestas presentadas se elegirá una. El equipo redactor de la propuesta será el adjudicatario del contrato para la redacción del proyecto integrado de obra y actividades y las correspondientes direcciones de obras para la construcción del edificio interdepartamental.Como proyecto integrado de obra y actividad se entiende que el proyecto engloba el proyecto de arquitectura (básico y de ejecución) y el proyecto de actividad suficiente y necesario para la obtención de las licencias preceptivas para la construcción del edificio interdepartamental y para la licitación de las obras.
