Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Necesidad y justificación:Debido a la subida del número de abonados al SADUS ha sido preciso aumentar el número de actividades dirigidas tanto de adultos como infantiles en CDU Los Bermejales como en CED Pirotecnia. Por este motivo, es necesario la ampliación del importe del contrato, de acuerdo con la posibilidad de modificación estipulada en el Anexo I del pliego de cláusulas administrativas particulares del contrato.Modificación propuesta:Ampliación del contrato por importe neto 60.340,70 euros, importe IVA 12.671,55 euros e importe total 73.012,25 euros, con cargo a las partidas presupuestarias, importes con IVA incluido y anualidades siguientes:18601910 461 22799 - 25.862,93 euros - Anualidad 2023.18601915 461 22799 - 1.381,78 euros - Anualidad 2023.18601910 461 22799 - 36.079,15 euros - Anualidad 2024.18601915 461 22799 - 9.688,39 euros - Anualidad 2024.
