         a) Iscrizione nel Registro delle Imprese oppure nell’Albo delle Imprese artigiane per attività pertinenti con quelle oggetto della presente procedura di gara.

         b) Fatturato specifico medio annuo nel settore della vendita di energia elettrica riferito agli ultimi n. tre esercizi finanziari disponibili (2020-2021-2022) non inferiore ad € 901.770,33 (Euronovecentounomilasettecentosettanta/trentatre ) IVA esclusa.

         c) Esecuzione negli ultimi tre anni di almeno un contratto, affidato da cliente finale pubblico o privato, per la fornitura di energia elettrica (c.d. fornitura “di punta”) su un POD in MT per un totale non inferiore a 4.366.524 kWh all’anno.

          Opzione di proroga del contratto: la stazione appaltante si riserva la facoltà di prorogare il contratto, alle medesime condizioni, per una durata massima di 6 mesi.

          L’importo stimato di tale opzione è pari a € 450.885,00 al netto di Iva e/o di altre imposte e contributi di legge. La stazione appaltante esercita tale facoltà comunicandola all’appaltatore mediante posta elettronica certificata almeno 4 mesi prima della scadenza del contratto.
