No obstante, estas circunstancias, (por la necesidad de duplicar los espacios donde se presta el servicio de aula matinal), han superado toda la previsión realizada por la Consejería, puesto que es complejo prever un cambio de instalaciones donde se desarrolla el servicio.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Las circunstancias que provocan la modificación del contrato se han previsto en el número de monitores y monitoras autorizadas por la Dirección General de Planificación y Centros de la Consejería competente en materia de contratación, traduciéndose por tanto en un margen en el número de horas contratadas de atención para el alumnado. No obstante, estas circunstancias, (por la necesidad de duplicar los espacios donde se presta el servicio de aula matinal), han superado toda la previsión realizada por la Consejería, puesto que es complejo prever un cambio de instalaciones donde se desarrolla el servicio.
