La codificación de los procesos asistenciales es fundamental para la gestión clínica y la facturación, por lo que el objeto de la contratación es la de llevar a cabo la selección de los diagnósticos y procedimientos, la indexación y la codificación CIE10-ES, de las altas hospitalarias, lista de espera quirúrgica, cirugía mayor ambulatoria y altas de hospital de día, garantizando el cumplimiento con la administración sanitaria y los sistemas de clasificación internacionales de la Consejería de Sanidad de la Comunidad Autónoma de Castilla y León.
