Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Siendo que entre los CUPS incluidos en el contrato no figuraba el de la Casona de Montealegre (ES0021000011931698YP), propiedad de esta Diputación, dado que los gastos de electricidad corrían a cargo del adjudicatario del arrendamiento del edificio para su explotación como actividad de hospedaje y/o restauración, y teniendo en cuenta que éste abandonó las instalaciones el 30 de septiembre de 2023, en aplicación del Decreto nº4.610 de 29/08/2023, que resolvió el contrato de arrendamiento
