Se acuerda la modificación contractual, que se corresponde con la ampliación del contrato relativo al servicio de desarrollo de la unidad de mejora de procesos mediante técnicas de mejora continua del Consorcio Sanitario de El Maresme, para poder seguir dando el servicio en los términos que se especifican en el informe adjunto, con efectos a partir de la formalización del contrato y hasta el día 31 de diciembre de 2023

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

- Ampliación de la dedicación de los consultores en la realización de jornadas de formación y sesiones de trabajo para la mejora de los procesos ya iniciados por el servicio médico y del quirúrgico.- Asesoramiento, colaboración y coordinación con el personal interno y externo que trabajará por la redacción del Plan director de arquitectura e instalaciones del Hospital de Mataró, desde de la visión de la mejora de procesos por el encaje de todas las necesidades asistenciales en los próximos años del centro.- Modificación y desarrollo evolutivo del aplicativo implantado PHAROS por consultores de IT.
