         Conforme al artículo 87 de la LCSP, la solvencia económica y financiera, deberá acreditarse mediante el volumen anual de negocios referido al mejor ejercicio dentro de los tres últimos disponibles, en función de las fechas de constitución o de inicio de actividades del empresario y de presentación de las ofertas, deberá ser al menos el correspondiente al importe estimado anual del contrato que se pretenda adjudicar.

         La acreditación documental de la suficiencia de la solvencia económica y financiera del empresario, se efectuará mediante la aportación de las cuentas anuales, aprobadas y depositadas en el Registro Mercantil, si el empresario estuviera inscrito en dicho Registro, y en caso contrario, por las depositadas en el Registro Oficial en que deba estar inscrito, referidas al mejor ejercicio dentro de los tres últimos disponibles y la declaración del empresario indicando el volumen de negocios global de la empresa. Eso garantizará el compromiso, implícito al presentar la oferta la empresa licitadora, de que posee la capacidad de producción suficiente del bien objeto de este contrato para hacer frente al consumo previsto.

         Conforme al artículo 89 de la LCSP, a fin de acreditar la solvencia técnica, se presentará una relación de los principales suministros, de igual o similar naturaleza a los que constituyen el objeto de este contrato, efectuados en los tres últimos años, indicando su importe, fechas y destinatario público o privado de los mismos. Los suministros efectuados se acreditarán mediante certificados de buena ejecución expedidos o visados por el órgano competente, cuando el destinatario sea una entidad del sector público, y cuando el destinatario sea un sujeto privado, mediante un certificado expedido por éste o a falta de dicho certificado, mediante una declaración del empresario acompañada de los documentos que acrediten la realización de la prestación. Los citados certificados no podrán ser en número inferior a tres, y deberán especificar un objeto análogo al de este contrato.
