Cambio de contratista como consecuencia de la reestructuración empresarial que afecta, entre otras, a la sociedad adjudicataria del presente contrato, pasando a ser ahora SYNEOX RAIL, S.L. con CIF B-10744258 el nuevo contratista.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Modificación debida al proceso de reestructuración empresarial que afecta, entre otras, a la sociedad adjudicataria del presente contrato, por la que la empresa Cobra Instalaciones y Servicios, S.A. con CIF A46146387, aporta su rama de la actividad del negocio ferroviario a SYNEOX RAIL, S.L., con CIF B-10744258. Esta circunstancia se encuentra dentro de la casuística incluida en el artículo 111 del Real Decreto-ley 3/2020, relativo a las modificaciones no previstas en el pliego de condiciones.
