        Qualification requirement: Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a country

        in the state where the tenderer is established.

        Documentation requirement: Norwegian companies. Company Registration Certificate. Verification that the company is registered in a professional register in the country where the tenderer is established.

        Qualification requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract obligations.

        Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

        Economic and financial capacity means that the Tenderer fulfils the following financial key figures requirement_

        - a credit rating equal to score A or higher, measured against AAA Soliditet"s scale, or an equivalent score from another reputable credit rating agency.

        The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a rating report from www.solidtet.no (delivered by Bisnode Credit AS/Dun & Bradstreet) to verify that the Tenderer has sufficient economic and financial ability to comply with the contract obligations.

        If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove their economic and financial capacity with another document, including for example a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc.
