Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Los Pliegos de bases que rigieron para esta contratación, contemplan la posibilidad de pactar una prórroga por mutuo acuerdo, viniendo condicionada a la plena satisfacción de Enaire con el servicio realizado. Como quiera que persisten las necesidades que originaron esta contratación, se PROPONE prorrogar como máximo DOCE (12) MESES el actual contrato, en las mismas condiciones técnicas y económicas, por un importe total de NUEVE MIL EUROS(9.000,00 EUROS). Los Pliegos de bases que rigieron para esta contratación, contemplan la posibilidad de pactar una prórroga por mutuo acuerdo, viniendo condicionada a la plena satisfacción de Enaire con el servicio realizado. Como quiera que persisten las necesidades que originaron esta contratación, se PROPONE prorrogar como máximo DOCE (12) MESES el actual contrato, en las mismas condiciones técnicas y económicas, por un importe total de CUARENTA Y CINCO MIL EUROS(45.000 EUROS).
