El Consejo de administración celebrado el 26-01-23 acordó la ampliación del contrato en 8 meses, haciendo un total de plazo de ejecución de 27 meses.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive
2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
La modificación del contrato se plantea en base a lo dispuesto en el apartado 2.a) del art. 205 LCSP, pues es necesario añadir servicios adicionales, en el contrato de obras, a
los inicialmente contratados. Adicionalmente no es posible efectuar un cambio de contratista por las razones técnicas y económicas expuestas en el informe. Por último las
modificaciones propuestas no alteran la naturaleza global del contrato y suponen un 36,84% de incremento respecto el presupuesto de adjudicación del contrato, inferior al 50% del
precio inicial del contrato y con importe inferior a 215.000 €, (limite contratos SARA de servicios). Consta conformidad del contratista.
