Modificación no prevista en el PCAP, que se refiere a prestaciones relacionadas con la cuantía de acero en varias partidas, aparición de urbanizaciones antiguas, determinados trabajos de excavación en roca, acometida de recogida de residuos ENVAC, instalación de climatización y centros de transformación, que no se incluyeron en el contrato inicial pero que resultan necesarias para su correcta ejecución, cuya cuantía no excede del 15% del precio inicial y que tienen el carácter de modificación no sustancial a los efectos del Art. 205.2.c) de la LCSP.
