         El objeto del Acuerdo Marco es seleccionar las empresas que podrán suministrar butacas dentales y complementos destiandas a Centros de Atención Primaria y otros centros asistenciales del SISCAT, según lo previsto en el desplegamiento del Convenio de Colaboración entre el Servei Català de la Salut y el Institut Català de la Salut por la adquisición de equipamiento para Centros de Salud y Hospitales, firmado el 9 de marzo de 2020.

         Se trata de un Acuerdo Marco con un único adjudicatario por lote, en ejecución de cual las entidades adheridas que se indican en el pliego de clausulas administrativan podrán proveerse de los equipos que se consideren necesarios mediante contratación por basados de encargo directo o por nueva licitación, de acuerdo con el procedimiento establecido en el mismo pliego.
