Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

MODIFICACIÓN del expediente para la contratación de Obras en Aparcamiento Municipal al Aire Libre (Pos-Ot 2/2019), y la MODIFICACIÓN del contrato adjudicado a la empresa ÉTICA OBRAS Y SERVICIOS S.L., conforme al Proyecto Modificado redactado por el Ingeniero Técnico Industrial D. José Villalobos Camacho, técnico de la Diputación Provincial de Málaga, firmado electrónicamente el 26/05/2023, con un coste estimado de 295.229,47€ más 21% IVA (61.998,19€), total 357.227,66€ incluido IVA, aplicando la baja en la adjudicación del 13,1303107% respecto al coste estimado en el Proyecto Modificado con lo que resultaría un coste actualizado de adjudicación de 256.464,92 euros más 21% IVA (53.857,63 euros), total de 310.322,55 euros IVA incluido.
