Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

El 1 de enero de 2023 entró en vigor de acuerdo con la Ley 7/2022 de residuos y suelos contaminados para una economía circular, tal y como establece en su Título VII, Capítulo II e, impuesto sobre el depósito de residuos en vertederos, la incineración y la coincineración de residuos. En su art 93a si se trata de rechazo de residuos municipales 30€ por tonelada métrica.
