         El objeto del contrato es la contratación de los servicios deportivos, de dirección y coordinación, administración y de recepción y atención al cliente y mantenimiento integral de las instalaciones del complejo deportivo “Can Xaubet” y el servicio de conserjería, mantenimiento y limpieza de las instalaciones deportivas municipales de Pineda de Mar los fines de semana y días festivos, con los requerimientos y prestaciones especificadas al pliego de prescripciones técnicas .

         La prestación de estos servicios afecta a:

         - Las instalaciones deportivas y complementarias del complejo deportivo “Can Xaubet”, siguientes:

         a) Piscina cubierta, sala de fitness, área de entrenamiento exterior (Patio) y salas de actividades dirigidas

         b) Pabellón polideportivo (sala triple polivalente)

         c) Camp de fútbol

         d) Espacios no deportivos complementarios

         - El servicio de conserjería de fin de semana de las instalaciones deportivas municipales, siguientes:

         a) Pabellón Polideportivo Francesc “Nino” Buscató

         b) Pista polideportiva de Pinemar

         c) Camp de fútbol de Can Feliu de Manola

         - El servicio de conserjería de fin de semana de los espacios deportivos y centros escolares con régimen
