      En este expediente en concreto, la Unidad Promotora del contrato, expresa en su solicitud de inicio del expediente de contratación que teniendo en cuenta que el Ayuntamiento de Albacete ha resultado beneficiario de una ayuda en la “CONVOCATORIA DEL PROGRAMA DE AYUDAS A MUNICIPIOS PARA LA IMPLANTACIÓN DE ZONAS DE BAJAS EMISIONES Y LA TRANSFORMACIÓN DIGITAL Y SOSTENIBLE DEL TRANSPORTE URBANO, EN EL MARCO DEL PLAN DE RECUPERACIÓN, TRANSFORMACIÓN Y RESILIENCIA”, publicada en el BOE el 27 de abril de 2023, se solicita que el expediente de contratación correspondiente, con código SEGEX 1111653N, SEA DECLARADO DE CARÁCTER URGENTE CON EL FIN DE ACORTAR LOS PLAZOS DE TRAMITACION DEL MISMO, ya que en las condiciones y términos de concesión y aceptación de la ayuda se establecen el cumplimiento de hitos temporales que no serían posibles de alcanzar a través de una tramitación ordinaria del expediente de contratación, por lo que se ha de acudir a la tramitación por la vía de urgencia.
