Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Tras la puesta en marcha del contrato, se hace necesario la modificación del expediente para recoger diversas modificaciones en el contenido del inventario de equipos del fabricante Philips en funcionamiento en el Hospital.

Varios de los equipos se han dado de baja y otros se han incorporado, de igual forma que se han aumentado las coberturas de algunos de los equipos ya incluidos en el expediente.

Se ha ampliado además el mantenimiento integral de los monitores de la UCI de Coronaria, a mantenimiento evolutivo.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Tras la puesta en marcha del contrato, se hace necesario la modificación del expediente para recoger diversas modificaciones en el contenido del inventario de equipos del fabricante Philips en funcionamiento en el Hospital.
