         Se incorpora como condición especial de ejecución del contrato el mantenimiento o mejora de los valores medioambientales:

         - La reducción del consumo del agua y del uso del papel en el trabajo diario.

         - Una adecuada gestión y reducción de los residuos generados (tóner de impresoras, restos de comida, envases, etc., segregación de los residuos para su posible valorización en contenedores para su recogida selectiva, distribuidos adecuadamente en las oficinas).

         - Reducción del consumo eléctrico.

         Además, será condición especial, el sometimiento del contratista a la normativa nacional y de la Unión Europea en materia de protección de datos. Esta condición especial se aplicará igualmente a los subcontratistas
