Consideraciones de tipo social. Descripción: La empresa deberá respetar la igualdad de trato y de oportunidades en el ámbito laboral, contar con medidas dirigidas a evitar cualquier tipo de discriminación laboral y promover condiciones de trabajo que eviten el acoso sexual y el acoso por razón de sexo y arbitrar procedimientos específicos para su prevención y para dar cauce a las denuncias o reclamaciones
