Die AG führt das gegenständliche Vergabeverfahren als 2-stufiges Verfahren durch, welches sich in die Phase der Interessensbekundung (1. Stufe) und die Angebotsphase (2. Stufe) gliedert. Der Pachtvertrag wird auf unbestimmte Zeit abgeschlossen. Die AG verweist dazu auf § 25 Abs 1 BVergGKonz 2018. Da Punkt II.2.7 ein Pflichtfeld darstellt, wurde eine fiktive Zahl (99) angeführt.
