La presente modificación cumple con lo establecido en la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre de Contratos del Sector Público (LCSP), sobre régimen de modificación de los contratos del Sector Público y, en concreto, con el art. 204 de la LCSP al ser una modificación prevista en los pliegos que rigen el presente, no alterándose en ningún caso las condiciones esenciales de la licitación y la adjudicación previstas en el mencionado artículo.
