Para conseguir este objetivo, la empresa adjudicataria tendrá que desarrollar journeys personalizados para los diferentes buyers persona, definir el plan de acciones de campaña (road map), diseñar planes de contenidos y propuestas de valor, diseñar los workflows de emails para las diferentes campañas y acciones con visión analítica, y centrada en los datos para así maximizar los resultados, y finalmente aumentar nuestros ingresos.
